Returns & Refunds Policy

At Yasmine Gadget, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read our Refund and Return Policy below to understand how returns and refunds are processed.

Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    We accept returns on products within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

  2. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

    • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

    • Items that are marked as non-returnable on the product page.

  3. Return Process
    If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

    • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

    • We will respond with instructions on how to return the item. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
    Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

  2. Refund Timeframe
    Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

  3. Cash on Delivery Orders
    For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or other available methods. Please make sure to provide your bank details when requesting a refund.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.
